Spider - don't like it, reminds me of a Doctor Who Episode I saw as a child.

Though at least its not hairy.

That is so cool! My son would love it if we had room for decorations like your new spider.

Totally housebroken dude. I like that it's not hairy...it's very black widow like.

I plan on keeping it out at all times Halloween or not. I will probably migrate it around a bit. It might cheer up the back garden, the front garden, or somewhere in the house. :)

Hmmm, I guess my spidey love is showing. I've been fascinated with the things ever since I was a small kid. Not that you all can tell that by my blog lol.

Let's see...pictures of spiders, stories of them, more pictures...heh.
Heck I'm surprised Sean cares to stick around. I'm sure I've run off my vegan readers by now too. ;)

I *really* don't like this spider or any other spider, for that matter. This afternoon, I looked down and there was a black spider on the front of my jacket!!! YIKES!!! He's history, now. I chose the WRONG person to crawl upon.

I'm glad that blow-up version is at your house and not mine.
I'll probably dream about the damn things tonight!

Just to clarify this is not a blow up spider. It's made of metal.

I am so disappointed as Ian and I spent hours draping webs and thoughtfully placing little spiders all over our tree and bushes. We even made ghosties out of a trash bag. Then the wind hit and our webs are toast and spiders are MIA! Waaaaaaah! Your spider would probably hold up under severe weather!

Awww man, sorry to hear it Trina. Yeah I think my spider is wind proof...well to a degree anyway lol.

Well, metal or whatever, I'm glad he's at your place and makes you happy! lol

So funny! I love it. I think you should put it up on the eve above the front porch so that it looks like it will pounce down on visitors! ha ha I know, I am so bad.

Did I tell you we have tons of Black Widows underneath the wood siding of our mudroom? We killed three already. We need to spray under there. I would hate for anyone to get bit, especially the children. There are spiders out here that I have never seen before too. Ginny I am sure this coming spring you could do some sort of spider expedition lol!

hmmm, a spider expedition...intriguing! Did you know when I was about 10 or 11 I kept a black widow in a jar as a pet? Mom never knew about it. I kept it kinda on the down low lol.
