What sort of chocolate do you use by the way. I love making choc covered prunes.
There is this chocolate in the store that is made for dipping fruits. I can't remember the name of it though...it can usually be found near the strawberries. It's a darker milk chocolate and it hardens back up after it cools.
Normally I make a chocolate fondue sauce using part milk chocolate and part dark chocolate chips and cream. It makes an incredible dip, but it has to be eaten hot and fresh.
Both ways are great depending on what you want. :)
